Mentoring & Growth Programs for Young People

Supporting young people through connection, growth, and transition.

We deliver relationship-based programs that support young people at different stages of need: from early connection and prevention, through re-engagement, to pathways and transition.

Our programs are responsive, adapting to the needs, strengths, and contexts of the young people involved, while remaining grounded in clear purpose and outcomes.

Our Youth Programs

Coastal Connector

Early Engagement | Ages 8 -12

A strengths-based program designed to build connection, confidence, and social foundations.

Coastal Connector uses relationship-led, co-designed experiences to engage young people in ways that prioritise autonomy, respect, and belonging. • social and emotional skills

  • confidence and cultural identity

  • readiness for school and community transitions

  • stronger connections with peers and adults.

Thrive Guiding

A mentoring and re-engagement program for young people navigating complexity, disengagement, and potential early contact with the criminal justice system.

Through consistent relationships, group work, and real-world experiences, Thrive Guiding supports young people to build emotional regulation, positive identity, and pro-social decision-making.

Young people develop:

  • tools to manage emotions and behaviour

  • healthier peer and adult relationships

  • a stronger sense of agency and identity

  • reduced risk behaviours and increased engagement
