About Us
Thrive & Connect was founded on a simple belief that every young person deserves a genuine opportunity to thrive.
Since launching in May 2024, we have grown from an idea into a purpose-driven social enterprise delivering evidence-informed youth development programs across Far North Queensland. Along the way we have built partnerships with schools, sporting clubs, government, community organisations and local businesses, all united by a shared commitment to creating better outcomes for young people facing barriers.
We identify as a bridging organisation. We do not seek to replace schools, families or specialist services. Instead we aim to facilitate connections and build capacity for young people to move toward positive pathways and opportunities.
We deliver our mission through four interconnected areas of work: Youth Development, Strengthened Communities, Future Ready and Social Enterprise.
